Description:Special farmhouse bread in roasted malted barley flour and in sunflower seeds
Preparation:Defrost the product at room temperature during about 1 hour. Bake with a lot of steam at 200/220°C (392/428°F) during about 10/15 min.
Ingredients:Wheat flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour), water, rye flour, crushed rye, sunflower seeds 6%, dark flax, roasted malted barley flour 1%, salt, yeast, emulsifier (E472e): diacetyltartaric esters of mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, flour treatment agent (E300): ascorbic acid.Adventitious presence of nuts, sesame and sulfites due to the use of these ingredients in other production ranges
