It is prepared by the simple addition of water and allows to obtain a gelato that takes long before dribbling down in the cone/cup. Contains only noble milk fats. The addition of water instead of milk considerably reduces the cost of gelato production;
Ingredients: Sugar, milk powder, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, emulsifiers: E 471 mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 477 propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, alimentary fibres, stabilizers: E 412 guar gum, E 466 carboxymethylcellulose, flavours.
