Preparation: Must be kept frozen. After the pack has been removed from the freezer and defrosted, the pack has a shelf life of 3 days. Usage: As our cocktails are fresh products there will be some separation in the liquid. Give the pack a good shake before decanting for service. Caution: If the pack is stored at over 5°C for more than 3 hours it must be served the same day. The pack must be discarded if the contents exceed 25°C
Ingredients: GINGER SYRUP (GINGER JUICE, CASTER SUGAR), LEMON JUICE.
