Description: Skin-on potato wedges, coated with Mexican spices. They're crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and mouth-wateringly good. Cooked in the oven, they contain less than 5% fat.
Preparation: In the oven: Pre-heat to 200°C. Spread the Wedges on a baking tray and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn the Wedges halfway through cooking. (recommended preparation)
Option oven grill: The same, but 13 to 18 minutes is enough.
In the frying pan: Heat a little bit of oil or butter and cook the Wedges until golden on a medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes; turning occasionally.
In the fryer (alternative preparation): Half-fill the basket with the Wedges. Fry them in hot oil at 175°C for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and serve.
