Description: cannelloni with ricotta and spinach filling.
Preparation: butter an oven pan, cover with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with some grated parmigiano reggiano cheese. place in the oven and bake accordingly to the following instructions: Frozen product: Traditonal oven: 30 minutes at 180c, Microwave oven: 7/8 minutes at 750 watt, Fan oven: 18 minutes at 180c. defrosted product, halve the times idicated. Once baked wait 5 minutes before serving.
Ingredients: Pre-cooked patsa ingredients 36%: durum wheat semolina, water, eggs 12%. Filling ingredients: Ricotta cheese 66% (whey, milk, salt acidity regulator: citric acid) spinach leaves 22%, bread crumbs, (wheat flour, water, natural yeast, salt, malted cereals flour), grana padano cheese (contains lisozyme - egg protein), salt.
