Description:Oven Potato cubes - prefried in sunflower oil and frozen
Preparation:In the oven:
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Spread one layer of potato cubes on a baking tray and bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
In the frying pan:
Heat a knob of butter or a little cooking oil in the pan. Place the potato cubes in the pan and fry them on a medium heat for approximately 8-10 minutes, while turning them regularly. Place the potato cubes on a plate covered with an absorbing paper.

Ingredients: Potatoes, sunflower oil, dextrose.
