Description: Bite sized Bagels filled with oak smoked Scottish Salmon and a smooth cream cheese & chive filling. Approx 40mm width.
Usage: To Defrost: Remove all packaging. Place Canapes straight onto a serving platter, in neat, evenly spaces lines. Cover with cling film and defrost for 1hour 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Ingredients: Bagel (Wheatflour, Water, Yeast, Bagel base mix(Sugar, Salt, Malt Barley Flour, E471, Wheat Gluten, Dextrose, E516, E300, Enzyme: Bacterial Amylase), Egg wash(Whole egg, Water)), Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, Double Cream, Lemon Juice, Chives.
