Description:: A dry curry sauce mix suitable for making a pouring sauce.
Preparation:Cooking Instructions: 1) Add 500g of dry mix to 3 litres of water. 2) Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 5 minutes. 3) Adjust water quantity for a thinner or thicker curry as required. Microwave Instructions: 1) Add 200ml of cold water to 165g of curry mix to form a smooth paste. 2) Add 800ml of boiled water and stir well. 3) Cook on full power for 1 minute, then stir well. 4) Cook on full power for 3 minutes and stir well. 5) Cook on full power, stir well and serve.
