Description: Moist chocolate chip sponge covered in chocolate sauce.
Preparation: Remove film lid from pot. Place pot base down on a microwaveable plate and reheat for 45 secs on high (1900W). Ensure pudding reaches a core temperature of at least 75°C before serving. For best results, always reheat from FROZEN. Place serving plate on top of pot and, holding both securely together, swiftly turn over. Gently squeeze around outside of pot to release pudding and slowly pull pot away.
