Description: Lemon Cake- Delicate shortcrust pastry filled with lemon flavoured patisserie cream, topped with a lightly browned meringue.
Usage: Defrost thoroughly for 4-5 hours before use. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
