Description:A dry pre-mix for producing a Golden Brown Waffle with a slightly sweet vanilla taste
Preparation:Pancakes & Crepes 1) Mix in the ratio of 1 kg dry mix, 1.4kg cold water, 150g vegetable oil – mix on till smooth. 2) Pour a small amount of mix into a pre-heated lightly greased pan or griddle. 3) Spread thinly, allow to cook until set and golden brown then turn and brown the other side. * Use less water for a thicker pancake Waffles 1) Add 1 kg of dry mix to 1kg of cold water and 150g of vegetable oil – mix on till smooth. 2) If using an electric mixer, mix on slow for 1 minute. Scrape down, then mix on fast for a further 1 minute. 3) Set waffle iron on highest setting and oil as per makers’ instructions. 4) When scaling/filling with mix, add to left side first then tilt to fill before closing and turning iron. Wait for beep before opening
