Kara foodservices opened their first plant in Manchester in 1985, where they were a busy factory producing bins for Wimpy. Kara is still based in Manchester today, with a manufacturing site for food service products and the ability to provide total focus on an easy access one stop shop for their UK and European customers.

Today Karas' buns and rolls remain as popular as ever but they have begun to diversify their business to produce everything fom muffins, baguettes to teacakes. They constantly have their eye out to see how they can evolve their range whilst always ensuring their current products are always made to the high standards their customers have come to expect from them.
