Description: A moist lemon sponge loaf cake with lemon zest pieces drizzled with lemon juice and finished with a lemon icing. This cake comes pre cut into 19 portions.
Preparation: Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted use within 72 hours.

Ingredients: Lemon Sponge (87%): Sugar, pasteurised whole egg, wheat flour, rapeseed oil, water, sponge mix (starch, milk proteins, diphosphates, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; sodium carbonate, rice starch), lemon zest (contains preservative: sulphur dioxide) humectant: glycerol, lemon oil, citric acid
Lemon Soak (9%): Lemon juice (4%), Icing sugar
Lemon Icing (4%): Icing sugar, fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), lemon juice (1%), water, glycerine.
