Description: A moist ginger flavoured sponge loaf cake, topped with a ginger syrup sauce. This cake comes pre cut into 19 portions.
Preparation: Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted use within 72 hours.
Ingredients: Ginger Cake (96%): Castor sugar, pasteurised liquid whole egg, wheat flour, rapeseed oil, stem ginger (ginger, sugar, water), water, treacle (cane molasses), sponge mix (modified rice starch, milk protein, diphosphates, potassium carbonate, mono – and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, wheat protein, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), glycerine, colours: (beetroot red, curcumin), flavouring, ground ginger.
