Metrow Brands Sponge
About Sponge
Sponge was established in September 2000 by Mark Joll and Iain Wilson. It started with them selling the sponge in their café in Holt. In 2009 they decided to expand after the huge following Sponge developed.
After much excitement, tasting, research and a good pinch of hard graft the result was Sponge on a much larger scale but still keeping their original values, that only the best, and where possible local ingredients are used, and each Sponge is lovingly made with careful attention to the finer detail.
