Preparation: Knorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise Sauce - a delicious and versatile ready to use sauce. Excellent on its own or enhanced by your own creative touch. Knorr Garde d'Or Sauces complement meat, poultry, fish and vegetable dishes. Suitable for use on the hob, in the microwave or bain-marie.
Ingredients:Water, Vegetable oil, Butter (5%), Modified maize starch, Rice flour, White wine, Sugar, Dried egg yolk (0.8%), Salt, Emulsifier (mono- and diacetyltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerdies of fatty acids), Maltodextrin, Concentrated lemon juice, Thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), Wine vinegar, Stabilisers (tetrasodium diphosphate), White wine vinegar, Spices, Onions, Garlic, Yeast extract, Flavourings (contain milk, soya), Mustard, Herbs, White wine extract, Lemon oil.
