Description: Sponge pudding with a strawberry and raspberry jam sauce.
Preparation: Remove film lid from pot. Place pot base down on a microwaveable plate and reheat for 30 secs on high (1900W). Ensure pudding reaches a core temperature of at least 75°C before serving. For best results, always reheat from FROZEN. Place serving plate on top of pot and, holding both securely together, swiftly turn over. Gently squeeze around outside of pot to release pudding and slowly pull pot away.
Ingredients: Mixed Fruit Jam (34%), Wheat Flour, Sugar, Water, Vegetable Oil (Water, Salt, Emulsifier: Mono and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Egg, Vegetarian Suet (Vegetable Oil, Wheat Flour), Baking Powder (Raising Agents: Di-Sodium Di-Phosphate and Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Wheat Flour, Salt).
