Preparation: Reheat from frozen. Keep wrapper on. For best results, please heat pies in a conventional oven or pie heater rather than using a microwave. For a pre-heated Fan Assisted Oven/Gas oven: 1. Heating from Frozen - 40 minutes at 160°C (Gas Mark 4). For warming in a pre-heated ‘Pukka Pies’ heater: 1. From frozen –1½ hour on full. 2. Take Special care: When heating pies line the shelf with foil or greaseproof paper to ensure that they are served in perfect condition. For more detailed heating guidelines request a copy of our ‘pie care sheets’. These are only guidelines as appliances may vary. Always check that food is piping hot throughout before serving. Safe Food It is good practice to initially heat this product to a minimum core temperature of 75°C. Pies that are served hot or held hot must be maintained at or above 65°C.
