Description: Fully Baked rectangular crusty bread with open crumb structure. A long rise of the liquid dough provides the many large holes and typical taste (with sourdough as a starter and olive oil).
Preparation: Defrost for 15 minutes at room temperature before using. Can be heated at 200c for 1-3 minutes once defrosted.
Ingredients: wheat flour (60-70%), water (25-30%), wheat sourdough (2-5%), iodised salt (<2%), yeast (<2%), wheat gluten (<2%), dextrose (<2%) (maize), olive oil (<2%).
